Frequently asked questions
Who are the creator packages for, and who are they not for?
They are for you if you publish regularly and want your hours back, your work in front of more people and better ways to work with your audience. They are not for you if you mostly read and talk: Gen. C Member or the free Explorer profile fit that better. And if you are looking for guaranteed results, no package promises followers or earnings; the tools help, the work stays yours.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. The 60-day trial starts without payment details and nothing is charged. When it ends without an upgrade, your profile simply returns to the free Explorer package.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you upgrade before the end, you keep everything and pay the price that was locked for you at sign-up. If not, your profile returns to Explorer and anything that needs a higher package is paused — never deleted.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any moment and the new package applies immediately. When you move down, groups or events that need the higher package are paused and come back the moment you upgrade again.
What happens to my groups and events if I downgrade?
They are never deleted. Anything that requires a higher package is hidden from public listings while you're below it, and is restored automatically when you upgrade.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end anything on the spot. You keep your package and everything in it until the end of the current period, and you can change your mind before that date. You cancel from My membership, in your settings; a subscription bought through the App Store is cancelled from your Apple subscriptions.
What do I keep if I stop paying?
Your profile, your posts, your followers and your messages. Nothing is deleted. When the period ends, your profile returns to the free Explorer package, or to another package you still hold, and only the extras of the higher package stop, until the day you upgrade again.
